The TA Business Support Analyst / UAT - Dublin, Ireland
The role has two key facets.
Supporting the business units primarily in Dublin and Luxembourg but including Boston/Hong Kong/Tokyo (production support, systems issues, bugs, problem solving, test execution etc. This individual will be responsible for supporting the business through periods of change and with the provision of expertise to interact with systems and vendors. (Travel may be required)
Implementation of new business. This individual will be responsible for the implementation process and to work with TA Operations to ensure a seamless take- on.

Support of the business units in all locations
Interaction with internal and external clients, reliant upon TA for critical daily information.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with Operations on a day to day basis for any production issues to ensure resolution
Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to identify priorities
Ability to work successfully as part of a team with a wide variety of individuals demonstrating effective interpersonal skills
Flexibility to support the business as required including working outside normal business hours
Requirements
Strong understanding of TA processes: cash handling, performance fees, dealing flows, AML/KYC requirements, together with understanding of the interaction with other areas of the service model (Fund Accounting, Custody and Trustee)
2 years plus experience in TA operations/ support and TA systems is essential
Knowledge of Multifonds (TA system) would be considered an advantage
Ability to work either as part of a team or on own initiative
Good command of English is essential
Detail oriented with proven ability to see open issues to resolution
Is Technically Proficient with Microsoft Office software
Communicates Effectively -Ability to interact in a professional manner at all levels, both internally and externally
