Renewals Client Delivery Manager – Fluent German and English - Ireland

The Role
The Client Delivery Manager reports to the Director, Inside Sales, EMEA and is responsible for the all of the following activities.
Sales Management
o Ensure that teams hit and exceed assigned targets each quarter
o Measure performance against quotas
o Monitor reps quarterly target
o Build and monitor monthly benchmarks for meeting and exceeding targets
Client Management:
o Effectively scrub client data and reports to determine with clarity the true opportunity
o Has clear view on account and how to maximize revenue
o Effectively communicates quarterly objectives to client
o Creates and delivers quarterly business review presentations
o Assists sales in expanding business
o Works closely with client contact on reporting and forecasting
o Suggests areas for client growth opportunities
Data Management:
o Import and export of data in our internal systems
o Effectively scrubs client data to determine with clarity the true opportunity
o Has clear view of client data to effectively drive opportunity
o Closely monitors data in our internal systems
o Manages carryover business
o Closely monitors unresolved business and implants strategy to resolve
o Creates and implements territory opportunities for team
Team Management:
o Build sales teams and staff according to specific business requirements
o Responsible for creation of rep reviews and executes delivery
o Assigns quotas, incentives and spiffs
o Drives call coaching strategy and feedback for reps
o Develops reinforcement training practices for reps in conjunction with Director of training
o Works with team lead to effectively train reps
o Works in conjunction with team lead to analyze performance forecasts
Other Responsibilities:
o Review reporting procedures and processes
o Overall resource management responsibility
o Maintain overall health of sales organization ensuring high morale and employee satisfaction levels
o Communicate and influence corporate business plan and execute against agreed upon objectives
o Proactively provides strategic insight to VP of Inside Sales on client opportunities
The Person
Experience
o Experienced Technology Sales Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years experience, ideally at Management level.
o Proven track record of achieving targets.
Skills
o Fluent in German and English Written and spoken
o University Degree or equivalent
o Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
o Excellent communication skills
o Excellent reporting skills
o Team Player
o Ability to form business relationships at all levels.
