Business Development Manager – Change Management - UK or Ireland

My client is a growing and developing change management consultancy group with operations across the globe. They are now seeking to bring on a strong self sufficient business development focused managers to join their team.

This will be a self directed role and typical responsibilities will be

Utilising an already extensive senior management and c Level network to identify consultancy type opportunities within large blue chip organisations.
While continuing to build a pipe line you will also utilise the assistance of the group’s pre sales consultants do conduct consultative meetings and presentations with prospective clients to negotiate and identify business opportunities.
You will work closely with other members of staff to ensure the smooth transition of the signed client to the Client Delivery Director who will roll out the project.

Key skill set and requirements

You will be an experienced deal closer with a track record of selling and closing deals in excess of 250k and with a track record of closing multi million pound deals.
You will have at least 7 years pure business development expertise within either financial services, local government, consultancy, retail, utilities or Pharmaceuticals
You will have extensive experience within change management and are used to selling and working with intangible products and services
You can be domiciled in the UK, Ireland or the mainland Europe and will have all the proper necessary visas etc.
You must have an extensive network of contacts within the above industries
You must be a proven self starter, self motivated and directed and must be motivated by targets
